piku is the movie which tells u about the view of life... we get the happiness at every stage of life. a struggling , hard working daughter( deepika) and his old aged father (amitabh) who's problem is loose motion and their hectic life is the entire plot of piku. the father wants to go to kolkata to visit his childhood house with piku and owner of car sevicing company (irfan). how they change their point of view toward the life during the journey is the story of piku. director shoojit sicar create the story very carefully and put it like a puzzle into the film. very gentel direction . which makes it more than family film. piku really deserves a good appreciation by the audience and a must watch
